Original hand-painted items are final sales. We do not accept returns on one-of-a-kind items as these are individual works of art and not reproducible. All one-of-a-kind items are well represented in images and descriptions.
We will pay the return shipping costs on any other item if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If for any other reason you wish to return an item, please Contact Us and we will address your concerns on an individual basis. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. You should expect to receive your replacement within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a replacement more quickly.
